摘要
采用电液伺服控制系技术开展弹簧横向试验台技术改造,针对弹簧横向试验台的技术要求,设计试验台电液伺服控制系统,介绍控制系统的设计原理以及主控电路、反馈系统电路、零点对称调节电路和位移测量电路。改造后的试验台各项技术指标满足相关试验标准的要求,运行稳定。
Electro-hydraulic servo control technology is used for the technological remodeling of spring horizontal test stand. According to the technological requirements of spring horizontal test stand, the electro-hydraulic servo control system of the test stand is designed. The author introduces the design principles, major control circuits, feedback circuits, zero point symmetric adjustment circuit and displacement measurement circuiL Technical characteristics after remodeling meet the requirements of relevant test standards. Its operation is stable.
