摘要
针对成品油管道多种油品顺序输送中普遍存在的混油回掺矛盾突出的问题,通过对输送批次安排、初始混油量、混油的流速、运行距离和停输等影响因素的定性定量分析,并应用华东成品油管道实际运行数据进行比对和验证,总结出减少部分站场下载的批次数、切割逻辑优化、停输时混油量的控制、操作优化和优化具有支线管道的混油流向、混油切割处理等一套效果明显的混油量控制和优化切割的应对措施,可进行交流。
According to the problems of back mixing treatment of contaminated oil existing in various oil batch transportation using oil products pipeline,based on the comprehensive,systematic qualitative and quantitative analysis of influencing factors,the method to control contaminated oil amount and optimize cutting operation is concluded,and compared and verified with the actual operation data of East China oil products pipeline.
