关于深化侨校境外生志愿服务机制研究

Research on the Deepening of Overseas Students' Volunteer Service in the Overseas Chinese School

侨校在开展志愿服务时,对于境外生这一特殊群体的志愿服务还存在一些问题,如志愿服务专业性不强,组织机构不够健全,缺乏长效的运行机制等。通过对华侨大学境外生志愿服务情况进行调查,提出在侨校应该开展针对境外生特色志愿服务项目,并优化境外生志愿服务队伍等多途径来健全志愿服务机制,保证志愿服务长效运行。

In the overseas Chinese school, there are some problems on the overseas students voluntary service, such as vol- unteer service isn＇t professional, organizations are not soundly enough, and lack of long-term operation mechanism. Through investigating the overseas students＇ voluntary service in Huaqiao University, we should carry out special volun- teer services according to overseas students, optimize the overseas students volunteer service team to ensure the long-- term operation of volunteer service
