摘要
ESP教学逐渐成为大学英语教学的中心,教师质量是影响ESP教学发展的关键因素之一。在分析ESP教师发展现状的基础上,作者结合ESP教师的角色定位,探讨了ESP教师的专业发展模式,并提出了具体的实现途径:完善培训体系、争取自我发展以及积累行业实践经验。
ESP teaching has become the center of college English teaching, and the teacher＇ s qualification is one of the key factors of the development of ESP teaching. On the basis of the analysis of the current situation of ESP teachers＇ develop- ment and their roles, ESP teachers＇ professional development model has been explored and specific ways of achieving ESP teacher professional development have been proposed.
