促进生态文明建设是国有企业的重要责任

Promoting Ecological Civilization Construction is Important Responsibility of State-owned Enterprises

党的"十八大"报告提出"大力推进生态文明建设",首次把生态文明建设提升到与经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设相并列的高度,"五位一体"地建设中国特色社会主义。从环境保护到建设生态文明的转变,为国有企业一直肩负的责任增加了新的内涵,国有企业必须成为建设生态文明的主力军、引领者和推动者。国有企业需要通过走生态文明科学发展之路,来满足人民群众日益增长的生态诉求,否则将失去企业生存和发展的基础。同时,走生态文明科学发展之路,也是国有企业在新一轮国际竞争中赢得主动的法宝。国有企业要把生态文明建设贯穿于企业生产始终,抓住契机促进企业技术创新,把生态文明建设作为提升国企形象的重要途径,将生态文明寓于企业文化之中,以实实在在的行动推进绿色发展、循环发展、低碳发展,为早日实现"中国梦"做出自己的贡献。

The 18^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China announced a plan to strive to promote ecological civilization construction and has,for the first time,lifted the significance of ecological civilization construction to the same height as that of economic ,political ,cultural and social construction.The cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics now comprises the above five components.The change in its role from environmental protection to ecological civilization construction has added new contents to state-owned en- terprises＇ responsibilities and these enterprises must be the main force,play the leading role and act as an advocate in ecological civilization construction.State-owned enterprises need to take a path featuring ecological civilization and scientific development to meet the public＇s increasingly strong eco-demand;otherwise ,they will lose the foundation for survival and growth.In addition,pursuing ecological civilization construction and scien- tific development is an effective weapon that China＇s state-owned enterprises can use to get the upper hand in the next round of international competition.The concept of ecological civilization construction should per-me ate a state-owned enterprise＇s entire production process and such enterprise should jump at the opportunity to push technological innovation,regard ecological civilization construction as an important approach to improving corporate image,incorporate ecological civilization into corporate culture and move to promote ＂green＂ develop- ment,cyclic development and low-carbon development to contribute to the achievement of the ＂Chinese Dream＂.
