摘要 为解决选矿厂中连续生产出的精矿粉不易实时检测的难题,设计了一种以S7-200 PLC为主机,由传感器和执行器等多种硬件组成复合式称重装置,以及具有检测和监控功能的精矿粉流量检测系统。通过传感器和执行器的联合作用,实现对精矿粉重量的间断式测量,从而获得精矿粉流量和累计产量。 In order to solve the problems that the sequential production of concentrate powder is not easily to be detected real-time in concentrator, a concentrate powder flow detection system was designed, which is usingS7-200 PLC as the host, having the composite weighing device consisting of sensors, actuators and other hardware, and having the system of detection and monitoring function. Through the joint action of the sensor and the actuator, intermittent measurement of the concentrate powder weight was achieved, the concentrate powder flow and the accumulated yield were obtained.
