The application of medium-deep hole high sublevel open stoping afterwards back-filling mining meth- od in medium thickness inclined-vertical ore body is introduced in Huibaoling Iron Mine. Mining parameters, mining processing and common problems during the production are summarized. With the application of the introduced min- ing method, the production capacity, productivity, and cost have been improved, and it shows that medium-deep hole high sublevel open stoping afterwards back-filling mining method is very useful and efficient in this mine.
