摘要
印钞废水化学成分复杂,属于难处理的乳化废水。采用絮凝-超声辅助Fenton氧化法两段式方法对印钞废水进行处理。用聚丙烯酰胺絮凝,在一定控制条件下,COD可降解55%;再用超声辅助Fenton法进行高级氧化处理,COD降解率达95%。降解后COD值为150 mg/L,出水水质达到GB 25463—2010《油墨工业水排放标准》。
Due to the complex chemical constituents, the banknote printing wastewater is a kind of industrial effluent that is difficult to treat. This kind of wastewater can be treated by the two-stage method of oxidation process with flocculation-ultrasonie assisted Fenton. Under given conditions, the degradation rate of COD is 55% using polyacrylamide flocculant. Then, the degradation rate of COD can reach 95% by introducing the advanced oxidation process with the ultrasonic assisted Fenton method. After degradation ,the COD value is 150 mg/L and the effluent quality will reach the GB 25463--2010 Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Printing Ink Industry.
