摘要
基于传热边界层理论,借助于前期开发的过程模拟技术及炉管管焦导热系数测定值,给出了不同对流传热系数及炉管表面热强度分布下炉管外壁温度与结焦厚度之间的对应关系。
With the help of process simulation technology developed early and the measured thermal conductivity value of tube coke, based on the theory of heat transfer boundary layer, the relationship between coking furnace tube wall temperature and the coke thickness of inner tube is studied under different conditions of convective heat-transfer coefficient and heat intensity distribution outside the tube.
