1.5T磁共振T_2-SPACE序列对血管压迫性面肌痉挛的诊断价值

Diagnostic value of T_2-SPACE MRI in hemifacial spasm caused by vascular compression

目的通过对比T_2-SPACE序列及T_2-3D-TSE序列对血管压迫性面肌痉挛(HFS)患者面神经与责任血管的显示效果,评价T_2-SPACE序列在1.5T MR对血管压迫性面肌痉挛的诊断价值。方法 47例HFS患者分别行T_2-SPACE序列及3D-T_2-TSE序列扫描,对比分析面神经及其周围血管的显示效果。结果 45例有效病例中,T_2-SPACE序列显示效果明显优于T_2-3D-TSE序列,两者有统计学差异。结论 T_2-SPACE序列可以作为1.5 T MR面肌痉挛病人的首选检查。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of T2-SPACE MRI for diagnosing hemifacial spasm （ HFS ） caused by vascular compression. Methods Forty-eight patients with HFS underwent MRI including T2-SPACE and 3D turbo spin-echo （TSE） T2-weighted imaging （T2WI） using a 1.5 T MR system. The visibility of facial nerve and vascular compression were compared. Results T2-SPACE was significantly superior to 3D TSE T2WI in 45/48 patients. Conclusions T2-SPACE is the imaging sequence of choice in hemifacial spasm caused by vascular compression.
