大脑浅静脉的显微解剖及其临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨大脑浅静脉的行程、分布及其吻合的解剖学特征,为临床神经外科相关手术提供形态学依据。方法:查阅近年来国内外大脑浅静脉显微解剖学的相关文献,对其行程层次、引流区域和吻合情况的相关研究成果进行分析总结。结果:大脑浅静脉依其行程层次可分为起始段、软膜段、蛛网膜下隙段、硬膜下隙段和硬膜段5段,根据引流区域大致可分为大脑上静脉、大脑中浅静脉、大脑下静脉和基底静脉4组。大脑浅静脉间存在着丰富的吻合,其中最为重要的是上、下吻合静脉。结论:熟悉大脑浅静脉的显微解剖学,有助于避免手术中损伤大脑浅静脉,减少相关并发症的发生。 Objective:To discuss the anatomical features about the course, distriblttion and anastomosis of superficial cerebral vein, to provide morphological basis for clinical neurosurgery operation. Methods: To consult and analyze the domestic and foreign literatures concerning the mieroanatomieal research of superficial cerebral vein in recent years. Results:Cerebral superficial vein can be divided into 5 segments, it contains ini- tial, pial, subarachnoid, subdural and dural segment. Cerebral superficial vein is composed groups according to the territories, named with superior cerebral vein, superficial middle cerebral vein, inferiorierebral vein and basal vein. There is a lot of vascur anastomosis between superficial cerebral veins, of which superior and inferior anastomotic veins are the most iportant. Conclusions:If we get acquaint with the superficial cerebral vein's microanatomy, it will be beneficial to protect superficial cerebral vein during preand intraoperative treatments and reduce complications.
