以腹部症状为表现的冠心病猝死8例分析
摘要
冠心病主要症状为胸前区疼痛，以腹部症状为主要表现者较少见。实践中易误诊为胃肠道疾病、损伤或食物中毒，引发纠纷。笔者在实际办案中收集8例相关案例，结合文献进行探讨、分析，供广大同行参考。
