帕金森病危险症状期的概念及临床意义 被引量：3

摘要 自从英国医生JamesParkinson首次描述帕金森病的临床表现至今已近200年，但是今天我们仍然根据英国帕金森病协会脑库诊断标准来诊断帕金森病，其主要依据患者具有静止性震颤、少动、僵直和姿势平衡障碍（临床称为运动症状），以及对左旋多巴治疗敏感来确诊帕金森病。
