不同剂量^(131)I照射Hela细胞后红外光谱的表现及分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨131I照射宫颈癌细胞后的光谱特征。方法:采集宫颈癌细胞经不同剂量的131I辐照后的红外光谱,比较放射源各剂量组光谱间的差异。结果:10 mCi131I照射组多条谱线变化最为明显,1 542 cm-1谱带在10 mCi照射组红移最多达7 cm-1,1 162 cm-1向低波数频移5 cm-1,2 850 cm-1谱带蓝移4 cm-1,酰胺I带、II带的相对峰强比I1 654/I1 542数值最小。结论:光谱技术是研究宫颈癌治疗效果新的手段,本实验为临床拟定宫颈癌的放疗剂量提供实验依据和参考。 Objective: To study the infrared spectrum performance of 131Ⅰ on the cervical cancer cells under different doses. Methods : studies the IR of cervical cancer cells after being irradiated by 131Ⅰ of different dose, contrasts with the IR differences of 131Ⅰ in each dose group, analyzes the damages from different radiation. Results : Compared with the control group, many bands exchange obvious by 10 mCi 131Ⅰ group, 1 542 cm-1 band has red shift of 7 cm-1, 1 162 cm-1 band moves to low wave number of 5 cm - 1, 2 850 cm - 1 band has blue shift of 4 cm - 1, the 11654/I1542 of Amide I and Amide I1 is the smallest in 10 mCi group. Conclusion: Spectroscopic method is the new way to study human cervical cancer treatment method. This experiment provides experimental basis and reference for clinical radiotherapy dosage.
