新郑市60岁以上老年人2型糖尿病现状分析

The status analysis of Type 2 Diabetes of over 60 years old in Xinzheng region

目的:探讨新郑市60岁以上老年人2型糖尿病患者的现状。方法:对新郑市45 294名60岁以上老年人进行χ2检验、秩和检验和关联性分析等方法研究2型糖尿病患病现状。结果:①女性2型糖尿病患病率高于男性(χ2=43.257,P=0.000);②经济状况好的地区2型糖尿病患病率高于经济状况一般和较差的地区(χ2=269.598,P=0.000);③不同的体质指数(BMI)水平与2型糖尿病患病率之间有差异(P<0.05),肥胖者2型糖尿病发病危险是BMI正常者的3倍;④2型糖尿病患病与高血压、脑卒中、冠心病有关联(P<0.05)。结论:女性、经济状况好、肥胖的老年人2型糖尿病患病率比较高,患病与心脑血病之间有关联。应进一步加强老年人的预防和保健工作,提高老年人生命质量。

Objective ： To explore Type 2 Diabetic health status of elderly people over 60 years old in Xinzheng. Methods： We analyze the status of diabetes about 45 294 people who were elderly aged 60 in Xinzheng with a Chi-Square Test, rank-sum test and association analysis. Results： ①Women had higher Type 2 Diabetes prevalence than men （P 〈 0.05）. ②Financially well-off areas had higher diabetes prevalence than general and poor areas （ P 〈 0.05 ）. ③There were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） compared with Type 2 Diabetic prevalence and BMI level. Diabetes preva-lence in obesity/overweight was significantly increased 3 times than the normal. ④Diabetes associ- ated with hypertension, stroke, coronary heart disease （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusions ： Women, finan- cially well-off areas and obesity/overweight have higher diabetes prevalence. Diabetes associate with Cardia-cerebrovascular Disease. It calls for more focus on strengthening the prevention and health care of Diabetes, in order to improve the elderly life quality.
