微血管保护在中风病神经保护治疗中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 对于急性脑卒中神经保护最有效的治疗是通过溶栓恢复缺血区的血流,但较短的治疗时间窗以及溶栓引起的出血和水肿限制了血管再通治疗的应用。缺血/再灌注诱导的微血管损伤通过破坏血脑屏障的完整性加剧微循环堵塞决定局灶性脑缺血血管再通后组织存活。在缺血/再灌注损伤诸多复杂的机制中,微血管壁损伤导致过度产生的氧和氮自由基明显促进了这些病理进程,微血管保护在中风病神经保护治疗中起重要作用。
