大段骨缺损修复的组织工程学研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 由于某种因素如外伤、感染、肿瘤切除或先天性疾病引起骨质缺如,破坏骨骼的完整性形成较大的间隙,称为骨缺损。它是骨科临床常见病症,特别是大段骨缺损的治疗一直是修复外科亟待解决的难题之一。
