摘要
由于天然林的供需矛盾日益突出,天然木纹的应用将会受到很大限制,这就必须依赖辊涂印刷、UV喷印等技术使得美观的木纹可重复使用。使用这些技术的前提条件就是获得清晰的数码木纹图片,要获得清晰的木纹图片关键在于基材的处理工艺,其中最大的影响因素就是基材的油漆处理工艺。本文对基材采用不同的油漆工艺进行处理,然后对其扫描,接着运用图像清晰度评价方法分别对扫描图片进行分析比较,从而得出了清晰度较高的基材处理的油漆工艺。
Due to the increasing imbalance between supply and demand of natural forests, the application of natural wood grain will be very limited. The repeated use of beautiful wood grain will rely on technologies such as roller spray printing, UV printing, etc. And it's precondition is to obtain clear digital wood grain pictures, the key lies in substrate processing technology, the paint process of base material is one of the biggest factors. The base material for processing was scaned under different paint process, and the scan images were compared respectively by image clarity evaluation method. The research provides the base material handling paint technology of high resolution.
