摘要
介绍了《雷斯法案》修订案实施前后的我国林产品进出口数据变化,以此为基础分析了该法案对国内木制品出口的影响,从法案实施前后我国林产原料进口数据的变化,分析了潜在的出口壁垒问题。介绍了我国对林产品的巨大内需,从胶合板、锯材、造纸、家具行业的角度分析了我国林产工业结构的现状。还从采购商和消费者的角度,分析了他们对《雷斯法案》修订案及现在类似法律法规的看法。
Based on the comparison of Chinese forest products imports and exports figures before and after the implement of Lacey Act, the effect on wood products export was analyzed, the potential export barrier caused by Lacey Act was detailed discussed. As domestic demand was an important opportunity for forest product industry in China. Domestic forest product industry status was analyzed from the aspect of plywood, saw timber, papermaking and furniture industries. The purchasers and customers opinions about the Lacey Act were also discussed.
