摘要
【目的】研究不同NaCl胁迫浓度对7个加工番茄品种种子萌发的影响。【方法】设置6个NaCl浓度梯度0、20、40、60、80和100 mmol/L,对7个加工番茄品种种子进行盐胁迫处理,测定其种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数等指标。【结果】在NaCl浓度低于20 mmol/L时,加工番茄种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚根伤害率、下胚轴伤害率、胚根鲜重和干重、下胚轴鲜重和干重与对照差异不大,在浓度为40~60 mmol/L时受抑制作用较大,在浓度为80~100 mmol/L时受抑制作用最大。【结论】盐胁迫对加工番茄种子萌发有明显的抑制效应,在供试的7个加工番茄品种中,不同品种加工番茄种子萌发受NaCl胁迫抑制的程度不同。其中石红208在发芽期的耐盐力优于其他参试品种,石红2号发芽期的耐盐力则表现较差。在进行加工番茄萌发期耐盐性筛选时可以将发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚根鲜重、胚根干重和下胚轴伤害率综合起来作为评价指标。
[Objective] The effects of NaCl stress on the seed germinations of seven processing tomato varieties were studied. [ Method] The experiment set six NaCI concentration stress, which are respectively 0, 20,40,60,80,100 mmol/L;The seeds of processing tomato were treated under salt stress and the seeds germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vitality index were measured. [Result]The result showed that seeds germination rate, germination potential, germination index, vitality index, the root damage rate, the hypocotyl damage rate, root fresh weight and dry weight, hypocotyl fresh weight and dry weight when NaCl concentration is lower than 20 mmol/L had no big difference compared with the control. The inhibition is big when the concentration between 40 -60 mmolZL. And the inhibition is the biggest when the concentration between 80 - 10/3 mmo/L. [ Conclusion ] Salt stress has an obvious inhibitory effect on processing tomato seed germination, the seed germination of seven processing tomato varieties were differently inhibited by the stress. The salt tolerance of Shihong 208 was better, but the salt tolerance of Shihong 2 appeared worse. Germination rate, germination energy, germination index, vitality index, root fresh weight, root dry weight, hypocotyl damage rate, can serve as indicators to appraise salt tolerance of processing tomato varieties in sprout stage comprehensively.
