新疆典型草原灰漠土有机碳垂直变化规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 【目的】研究新疆典型草原灰漠土有机碳总量、腐殖酸种类和腐殖质矿物复合体的不同海拔高度和土壤剖面变化规律。【方法】采用改良的В.В.Пономарёвa和.А.Плотниковa法即重铬酸钾-外加热法进行分组测定。【结果】典型草原灰漠土中土壤有机碳总量变化范围为7.85~10.45 g/kg,其中胡敏酸(HA)含量占有机碳总量4.56%~15.96%,富啡酸(FA)变化范围为7.54%~43.17%,而胡敏素为41.98%~87.90%。腐殖质矿物复合体中以粘土矿物复合体占的比例最大,即胡敏酸紧结合态为1.81%~8.70%,而富啡酸紧结合态复合体含量较低,只占复合体总量0.33%~1.84%。腐殖质矿物复合体随土壤剖面的分布规律:胡敏酸、富啡酸均随土层深度的加深逐渐减少,为7.86%、7.91%、3.96%、19.16%、42.15%和14.90%。【结论】新疆典型草原灰漠土有机碳总量和腐殖质不同组分在海拔高度和土壤剖面中的含量差异都达到显著水平,且腐殖酸类型是在海拔高度高处和剖面上层以胡敏酸-富啡酸型为主,HA/FA<1。 [ Objective]This project aims to study the variation regularity of total organic carbon, humic acid types and the mineral complex in different altitudes and soil profiles of typical grassland desert grey soil. [ Method] The improved B.B.Пономарёва and .A.Плогниковаand methods, that is, Potassium dichromate - External heating method was used in grouping determination. [ Result ] In the typical grassland desert grey soil, the variation range of total organic carbon was 7.85 - 10.45 g/kg, the variation range of humic acid was 4.56% - 15.96%, the variation range fulvic acid was 7.54% - 43. 17%, and humin was 41.98% - 87.90%. The main content of humus mineral complex was clay mineral complex, in which, humic acid tight bound was 1.81% -8.70%, and the content of fulvic acid tight bound was lower, and it only accounted for 0.33% - 1.84% of the total complex. The mineral complex in both humic acid and fulvic acid along with the distribution regularity of soil profile was gradually reduced along with the soil depth, which were 7.86, 7.91, 3.96, 19. 16, 42. 15 and 14. 90 g/kg. [ Conclusion ] Both total organic carbon content and different component content of humic acid of Xinjiang typical grassland desert grey soil at the altitude and soil profile reached significant levels, and the main type of humus at high altitude and upper profile point was humic acid - fulvic acid type
