摘要
所研究的用立式去污机对纤维素酶生物抛光整理效果评估方法的研究成果 ,已被确定为中国诺和诺德公司生产质量控制的一种方法。与传统工业洗衣机评估法相比 ,此法不仅大大节省人力、物力 ,而且将原来的定性评估转化为精确的定量评估 ,评估误差由原来的± 16 .7%提高到± 5 %。本方法通过引入国际通用的 EMPA W3SN1985 2 5起毛起球度量标准 ,而具有国际通用性及广阔的推广前景。
A QC method of Novo Nordisk(China) Co. was established. Compared to the traditional method, cellulase biopolish performance evaluation method is carried out by accurate quantitative method, which improving evaluation error from ±16.7% to 5%. Method theory, program and evaluation reference, trial condition, method optimization and test error minimization are described in details. This evaluation method is also suitable for international application by using EMPA international standard evaluation method.
