摘要 【目的】对两种冰草材料进行抗旱性综合评价,为新疆筛选利用抗旱性强的冰草品种提供理论依据。【方法】采用自然干旱法,对引进塔乌库姆冰草和新疆野生冰草抗旱生理指标进行测定与分析;根据隶属函数法,对其抗旱性能进行综合评价分析。【结果】随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量降低,而相对电导率、游离脯氨酸含量和各抗氧化酶类活性升高,复水处理后各项指标均有不同程度的恢复。【结论】叶片相对含水量、叶绿素含量、SOD酶活性、CAT酶活性、相对电导率和游离脯氨酸含量在两个品种间存在显著的相关性。引进塔乌库姆冰草抗旱性优于新疆野生冰草。 [ Objective] The purpose of this research was to provide a theoretical basis for screening the Agropyron species with stronger drought resistance in Xinjiang by evaluating the drought resistance of two different species of Agropyron. [ Method ] This experiment adopted natural drought method and drought - resistance physiological index of A. Tawukumu, and A. cristatumtatum was measured and analyzed; According to the membership function, its drought- resistance was comprehensively evaluated. [ Result ] The results indicated that with the prolonged drought stress, leaf relative water content, chlorophyll content decreased, and the relative conductivity, proline content and the activity of antioxidant enzymes was elevated, and the indicators were recovered to certain degree after re -watering. [ Conclusion ] There existed significant correlation of the leaf relative water content, chlorophyll content, SOD activity, CAT activity, relative electrical conduetivity and the content of free proline between the two species. The order of drought - resistance from high to low was: A. Tawukumu 〉 A. cristatum.
