基于DEA的农业公司化经营的生产效率比较分析

DEA-based Production Efficiency Analysis of Agricultural Corporatization Operation in China

【目的】公司化经营作为农业产业化发展的方向,研究农业公司化经营生产效率,能较好的评估特定产业的竞争态势。【方法】以我国9省区农业公司化经营为研究对象,应用DEA方法对农业公司化经营的生产效率进行评价,算出生产效率值、存在的差距和改进方向。【结果】生产效率是公司化经营竞争力的集中体现。【结论】指出农业公司化经营是我国实现农业现代化的基本组织形式之一,创新制度设计、适度规模经营是推广农业公司化经营的基本途径。

[ Objective ] Corporatization operation is the representative of agricultural industrialization, research on production efficiencies of agricultural corporatization operation could better assess the competitive dynamics of specific industries. [ Method ] Taking agricultural corporatization operation in nine provinces in China as the research object, using the region as decision unit, this paper applied DEA method to evaluate production efficiencies and calculated the values of regional production efficiency and the gaps between these regions, which would would indicate directions for improvement to their efficiency. [ Result ] Production efficiency is the embodiment of agricultural companies＇operation. [ Conclusion ] Accordingly, the paper suggests corresponding countermeasures to address the problems existing in agricultural corporatization operation in China.
