糖尿病尤其是2型糖尿病患病人数在世界范围内迅速增加,给社会及家庭带来沉重负担,基于2型糖尿病危险因素的认识,世界上许多国家开展了针对糖尿病前期的干预研究,其中包括生活方式干预、药物干预,本文通过对几个大规模糖尿病前期干预研究的分析,总结成果,分析问题,以更好的发现该领域研究未来的规律。

The number of the diabetes of all over the world increased rapidly,especially T2DM.Its complication do not only cause serious injury to patients,but make a heavy burden on the family and the society. Many country of the world are trying to establish effective way to prevent diabetes based on the acknowledge of the risk of the diabetes,which lifestyle,medicine intervene.This article try to find a way to prevent diabetes through analyse some major research.
