摘要
目的分析肠扭转CT征象"漩涡征"在肠扭转诊断过程中的相关影像特征,提升临床诊断价值。方法回顾15例经手术证实为肠扭转的CT资料,总结CT表现、病理改变与肠扭转之间的关系。结果 15例肠扭转患者中出现了10例"漩涡征"CT征象者、出现4例"靶征"CT征象者、肠管漩涡征近端"鸟嘴征"、肠管"C形征"1例。结论对于肠扭转患者来说,借助螺旋CT扫描、多平面重建(MPR)均能实现临床诊断价值,而CT征象中的"漩涡征"则成为肠扭转诊断的特异征象。
Objective To analyze related image features of CT findings whirlpool in the process of volvulus, improve the clinical diagnosis value. Methods 15 cases of CT data confirmed by operation volvulus were reviewed, and the relationship between CT manifestations, pathological changes and volvulus were summarized. Results In 15 cases of volvulus patients,lO cases appeared whirlpool CT signs, 4 cases showed target CT signs,intestinal canalwhirlpool sign with proximal beak and C sign in 1 cases. Conclusion For patients with volvulus, piral CT scanning, muhiplanar reconstruction （MPR） can all realize the clinical diagnostic value, but thewhirlpoolin CT signs has become the special signs of volvulus diagnosis.
