广州市白云区2011～2012年医疗卫生机构消毒效果监测情况分析

Medical and health institutions disinfection effect monitoring and analysis of Baiyun District in Guangzhou City from 2011 to 2012

目的了解2011年和2012年广州市白云区医疗卫生机构消毒质量现状,为以后加强医疗卫生机构消毒效果提供指导依据。方法按照《消毒技术规范》和《医院消毒卫生标准》GB15982-2010进行监测。结果 2011年与2012年医疗机构消毒效果平均合格率分别为90.51%和96.90%,监测内容中室内空气、医护人员手、物体表面、压力蒸气灭菌用品(灭菌器生物监测)、无菌物品、污水、使用中消毒液、紫外线灯强度合格率分别为93.15%(272/292),99.20%(494/498),99.61%(512/514),100%(148/148),96.56%(281/291),100%(104/104),99.72%(356/357),66.43%(190/286),不同级别医疗机构消毒效果不存在明显差异。县(区)级医疗机构的消毒效果比街镇医疗机构消毒效果高(97.08%/92.39%)。结论强化医疗市场管理,提高医务人员素质,加强监督监测和健康教育是改善医疗机构消毒状况的重要措施。

Objective To understand the medical and health institutions disinfection quality status of Baiyun District in Guangzhou from 2011 to 2012, providing guidance basis for further strengthening sterilization effect of medical and health institutions. Methods We monitored according to ＂disinfection technical specifications＂ and ＂standard of hospital disinfection health＂ GB15982-2010. Results In 2011 and 2012, the average qualified rate of disinfection effect of medical institutions were 90.51% and 96.90% respectively, the qualified rate of indoor air, medical staff hands, object surface, pressure steam sterilization （sterilizer biological monitoring）, sterile products, sewage, disinfectant in use UV lamp intensity was 93.15% （272/292）, 99.20% （494/498）, 99.61% （512/514）, 100% （148/148）, 96.56% （281/291）, 100% （104/104）, 99.72% （356/357）, 66.43% （190/286）, there was not obvious difference in disinfection effect of different level medical institutions. The disinfection effect of county （district） level medical instilutions is higher than that of town level medical institutions （97.08%/92.39%）. Conclusion Strengthening the management of medical market, improving the quality of the medical staff, and strengthening supervision, monitoring and health education is an important measure to improve the disinfection condition of medical institutions.
