How to deal with the prevention and treatment of mental health

目的通过调查和分析当前存在的精神卫生存在的问题,提出有效的防治措施。方法对200例精神病患者开展"精神康复进家庭"主题活动,对患者及其家属进行精神疾病康复的健康教育,然后对其加以评价。结果干预前患者知晓率为40%,干预后患者知晓率为65%,患者干预后较干预前健康知识知晓率明显增加,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论须加强精神卫生方面的健康教育与发挥精神卫生防治公共职能。通过采取上述措施,精神卫生防治工作才可得以顺利进行。

Objective To analysis of current mental health problems through investigation and project the effective prevention and control measures. Methods Carried out the activities of Mental rehabilitation in family＂ fro 200 psychiatric patients, provided the health education of psychiatric rehabilitation for patients and their families,then to evaluate the effect. Results The known rate of patients before the intervention was 40%,the known rate of patients after the intervention was 65%,the known rate of patients before the intervention was obviously increased than after the intervention,there was a statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Enhancing health education and mental health play a mental health prevention and control of public functions. Through the above measures, prevention and treatment of mental health can only be to go smoothly.
