甲状腺癌追踪过程健康教育探讨

Clinical significance of real-time tracking and health education of patients with thyroid carcinoma operation

目的探讨及时追踪及健康教育对甲状腺癌手术患者的临床意义。方法总结回顾2012年来本院体检的20例甲状腺超声提示甲状腺占位,外院手术病理切片确诊为甲状腺癌患者的健康教育。结果健康教育及心理护理最大限度地降低了甲状腺癌患者的焦虑程度,密切了护患关系,使患者的健康水平、生活质量得到很大提高。结论早期的督促随访复查,有利于甲状腺癌的早发现、早诊断、早治疗,而甲状腺癌相关健康教育能降低患者的焦虑情绪、恐惧心理,提高患者的自我保健意识,同时也提高了疗养院护理工作满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of real-time tracking and health education of patients with thyroid carcinoma operation. Methods A retrospective analysis of the thyroid ultrasound prompted thyroid placeholder of 20 cases in our hospital for physical examination,and the health education of patients with thyroid carcinoma confirmed by pathological slide in other hospitals. Results Health education and psychological nursing had maximized the reduction of anxiety levels of patients with thyroid carcinoma.They also had promoted the nurse-patient relationship and greatly improved the health level and living quality of patients. Conclusion Urging follow-up review in the early stage is beneficial to the early discovery, early diagnosis and early treatment of thyroid carcinoma.And relevant health education of thyroid carcinoma can reduce the anxiety and fear of the patients,improve their awareness of self-care and raise the customer satisfaction of the nursing work of the sanatorium at the same time.
