老年高血压患者伴抑郁对动态血压和生活质量的影响

Effects of senile hypertension patients with depression on ambulatory blood pressure and quality of life

目的探讨老年高血压患者伴抑郁对动态血压和生活质量的影响。方法对2009年6月～2012年12月入院治疗的70例老年高血压患者进行汉密尔顿抑郁测量表(HAMD)测定,抑郁组35例,非抑郁组35例,测定两组患者动态血压和非特异性生活质量,比较两组测定结果。结果抑郁组全天平均收缩压、舒张压,白昼平均收缩压、舒张压及夜间平均收缩压、舒张压均高于非抑郁组(P<0.05);抑郁组非特异性生活质量评分总分及8个维度得分均低于非抑郁组(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压患者伴抑郁严重影响动态血压和生活质量,临床应及早重视,及时干预和治疗。

Objective to explore the effects of senile hypertension patients with depression on ambulatory blood pressure and quality of life. Methods 70 cases of senile hypertension patients with depression in our hospital for treatment from June 2009 to December 2012 were determined by Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） determination,35 eases of depression group, 35 cases of non depression group,the Ambulatory blood pressure and non - specific quality of life of the two groups were determined,and the determination results of two groups were compared. Results the average systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure of all day,the average systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure of daytime, the average systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure of nighttime in the depression group were higher than the group without depression （P 〈 0.05）.The total score and scores of 8 dimensions of the non-specific quality of life score in the depression group were lower than the non depression group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion senile hypertension patients with depression affect the dynamic blood pressure and life quality seriously, should pay attention to it and intervention and treatment timely in the clinical treatment..
