BiPAP对慢性肺源性心脏病患者肺动脉压与肺功能的影响效果研究

Study on the influence of BiPAP on pulmonary artery pressure and function of pulmonary heart disease patients

目的分析BiPAP对慢性肺源性心脏病(简称肺心病)患者肺动脉压与肺功能的影响,探讨其临床适用性。方法选择从2012年3月～2013年3月于我院呼吸科住院治疗的42例肺心病患者,所有患者均联合使用BiPAP治疗,观察患者治疗前后肺动脉压及血气指标的变化情况,同时分析患者的肺功能变化情况。结果使用BiPAP治疗后患者的肺动脉压明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),动脉血氧分压和动脉血氧饱和度也较治疗前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),肺功能指标中FVC、PEF治疗后明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合使用BiPAP可以很好的降低肺心病患者的肺动脉压,同时可以提高患者的肺功能,明显改善患者临床症状,适合临床长期推广应用。

Objective To analyze the influence of BiPAP on pulmonary artery pressure （PAP） and Function （PF） of pulmonary heart disease （PHD） patients, and to discuss its clinical applicability. Methods 42 cases of PHD patients who were admitted into our hospital＇s respiratory department from Mar. 2012 to Mar. 2013 were selected as subjects and all patients were treated with BiPAP therapy. The changes of PAP and blood gas indicators before and after treatment were observed, meanwhile, the changes of PF were analyzed. Results The PAP level was significantly decreased after BiPAP therapy, there was a statistical significance（P 〈： 0.05）.Arterial partial pressure of oxygen and blood oxygen saturation were obviously improved after treatment, meanwhile, FVC, PEF also improved, there was a statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion BiAP combination can decrease the PAP of PHD patients, also can improve the PF and clinical symptoms for patients, it worth to be promoted in clinical therapy in the long term.
