The experiment of environmental microbiology is a compulsory professional experiment course for environmental specialty curriculum. Based on the cultivation of advanced and applied talents to meet the social needs, the teaching reform idea and measures of the experimental course of environ- mental microbiology have been detailed mainly from the teaching objectives, teaching content and teaching method and so on.
