摘要
将适当降解的玉米淀粉 (15 % )与乙烯基类单体 (15 % )在引发剂作用下进行接枝共聚 ,得到了改性淀粉鞣剂。以其作为预鞣剂和复鞣剂进行了应用研究 ,并通过正交实验确定了应用的最佳工艺条件。当用其预鞣在铬鞣时 ,比传统铬鞣法可减少铬鞣剂的用量 30 %~ 5 0 % ,铬鞣废液中Cr2 O3 含量降低到 0 2 6g/L。用其预鞣和复鞣所得成革 ,选择填充性显著 ,丰满、柔软、粒面细腻、有弹性。
In this paper,the modified starch tannage was synthesized by graft copolymerization of the suitable degree of 15% degradation starch and 15% vinyl monomer in presence of initiator.The application properties of the modified starch as pretanning agent and retanning agent was studied,meanwile the optimum conditions of tanning technoloy were got through orthogonal experiments.Pretanning with it followed by chrome tanning led to improved binding of Cr(Ⅲ) and reduced the amount of free Cr 2O 3 in effluent to 0 26g/L.Pretanned and retanned leather sofness and fullness are superior to those of leather from conventional processes.It is a promising new tanning agent for cleaner production and valuable for further development.
