摘要
讨论了浸灰助剂的种类、功能及作用机理 ,从对浸灰过程的要求及浸灰助剂的功能和作用机理角度 ,浸灰助剂主要分为 5类 ,即通用型浸灰助剂 ,脱毛型助剂 ,增加石灰溶解度及灰液悬浮稳定性助剂 ,抑制灰皮过度膨胀类助剂 ,松散胶原纤维类助剂。详细介绍了这 5类浸灰助剂的主要组成、作用机理和典型的产品。也对浸灰助剂的研究、开发和应用提出了一些建议。
The kinds,functions and reacting mechanism of auxiliary liming agents are discussed.According to the functions and reacting mechanisms with pelts,the auxiliary liming agent can be divided into five kinds.They are versatile auxiliary liming agent,assistant unhairing agent,the agent that can improving the stability and dissolvability of lime,the agent that can repress the swelling of pelts and auxiliary opening up fibers agent.The main compositions,reacting mechanisms with pelts and some typical products about above five kinds auxiliary agents are introduced in detail.Some suggestions of researching,developing and applying auxiliary liming agents are given.
