高铜改善猪生产性能和促生长机理的研究进展

Research Advance of Improving Production Performance of Pigs by High Copper and its Growth Promoting Mechanism

概述了高铜对改善猪生产性能的效果 ,促生长的作用机理。在饲料中添加铜 6 2 .5～ 2 5 0mg/kg,可显著促进仔猪生长 ,降低单位增重饲料消耗 ,但随着仔猪日龄的增大铜促生长作用减弱。铜对猪的促生长作用很可能是系统性的 ,而不只限于胃肠道抗微生物作用 ;提示养猪生产中要研制、开发和应用高效的新型有机铜源 ,以最大地发挥铜对猪的促生长效应 。

The effect of improving produntion performance of pigs by high copper content and its growth promoting mechanism were reviewed. Adding 62.5～ 250 mg/kg copper to feed, the growth of piglets was promoted obviously and the feed consumption of specific gain was lowered. But the promotiong effect of copper could be decreased with increasing of piglet's age in days. The promoting to pig's growth by copper might be a systematic effect, but not ouly limited to the actions of microbes in stomach and intestines. It was pointed out that the more effective and new organic copper sourse should be studied, developed and applied, so as to bring copper into full play for promoting growth of pigs and to decrease environmental contamination of copper excrement.
