对残疾人接受高等教育及就业问题的探讨

Discussion on the Disabled People Receiving Higher Education and Employment

在我国的八千万残疾人中,残疾人大学生以超常的毅力克服自身残疾,发奋学习,赢得了社会的尊重。2003年,国家修改了高考考生体检标准,残疾人进入大学深造的机会逐年增多,"进"的问题已基本得到解决。但残疾人大学生毕业后就业难的问题又随之而来,造成"出"困难。虽然他们只是残疾人中的极少部分,但做好他们的就学、就业工作,不仅可以提高残疾人的整体素质,而且对促进残疾人高等教育的发展将起到积极的推动作用。基于此,通过对残疾人自身状况和社会因素等方面的调查分析,查找出残疾人在教育和就业方面存在主要问题,并在政策、资金等方面提出了加强和改进残疾人教育就业工作的具体建议和措施。

Among the eighty million disabled people,the disabled university students overcome their physical disadvantages with great will power and study assiduously,winning the respect of society.In 2003,the state revised the physical examination standards for college entrance examination,increasing the chances for the disabled students to go to university year by year,so the problem of ＂college entrance＂ is basically solved.However,there arises the problem of these students＇ getting employment.Although they are only the minority of the disabled people,proper solution of their education and employment can not only improve the overall quality of the disabled people,but also plays a positive role in promoting the disabled people higher education.Therefore,this paper searches for the main problems in the disabled people＇s education and employment by investigation and analysis of their self-condition and social factors and proposes concrete suggestions and measures of intensifying and improving the disabled people＇s education and employment in terms of policy and fund.
