摘要
《普洛登报告》中提出了"教育优先区",扩大幼儿教育规模、提高教师素质、援助非盈利私立保育团体等建议,促进了英国学前教育的发展。另一方面,由于教育经费不足等原因,《普洛登报告》的最终目标没有达成。通过对它出台的背景、主要内容以及最终实施的效果进行分析,得到的经验和教训对我国目前进行的学前教育改革,特别是农村学前教育的发展有重要的借鉴意义。
Plowden Report proposes the concept of"educational priority area",and suggestions such as expanding preschool education scale,improving the quality of teachers,and assistance to nonprofit private conservation groups,which promotes the development of British preschool education.On the other hand,due to the shortage of funds for education and other reasons,Plowden Report's ultimate goal hasn't been reached.Through the analysis of its introduction background,main contents and the real effect of the implementation,experiences and lessons are obtained,which is of model significance for our country's current preschool education reform,especially for the preschool education development in rural areas.
