摘要
菌体浓度是微生物生长过程中关键的质量指标 .作者利用RBF神经网络建立了微生物生长过程中菌体浓度的软测量模型 ,探讨了软测量模型的动态校正方法 ,通过仿真验证了该方法的有效性 .
Thalli concentration is a key quality index in microbial growth process. In this paper, an RBF neural network was used as a soft sensor model to estimate the thalli concentration in this process, and discussed the on line tuning method for the soft sensor model. A simulation was made to prove this soft sensor method.
