"走基层、转作风、改文风",重在联系实际、贵在取得实效。基层和群众,是新闻的源泉,是新闻工作者扎根的沃土。走基层,从群从中来,到群众中去,一直是我们党新闻事业长期以来形成的光荣传统。站在新的历史起点上,今天的校报工作者更需要带着感情深入基层、深入群众。只有带着对人民群众的深情厚意,深入师生员工的学习工作生活中,才能走进他们的内心世界;只有了解师生员工的生存状态,才能体会他们的冷暖诉求;只有感受师生员工的喜怒哀乐,才能掌握他们的所思所想。唯有如此,校报工作者才能获得丰富生动的新闻素材,写出感人至深的新闻力作,新闻事业才能永葆青春活力。
