摘要
采用阳离子染料对芳砜纶织物进行迷彩印花,优化的印花工艺为:阳离子染料1%～3%,环保载体LC45 1%～2%,无机盐(硫酸钠)1%～2%,淀粉糊50%,pH值4～4.5,汽蒸时间6～8 min。印花后,芳砜纶织物的强力和阻燃等各项性能优良,迷彩印花的隐蔽效果优良,适合特种军用防护服装的应用。
The camouflage printing of polyarylsulphonamide fabric with cationic dyes is carried out. The optimized printing process is as follows： cationic dye 1% - 3 %, carrier LC45 1% - 2%, inorganic salt （ sodium sulfate） 1% - 2%, starch paste 50 %, pH value 4 -4.5,steaming for 6 -8 min. The printings feature excellent strength, flame retardancy and camouflage printing hidden effect, and are suitable for special military protective clothing.
