摘要
锦纶弹力浅色、增白织物在贮存过程中,因包装材料聚乙烯薄膜中所含的抗氧化剂BHT而导致织物发生黄变。选用抗酚黄变助剂STABILON CT、NOAHFAST AY和DM 2905等,分别采用染色同浴、二浴法及后定形工艺对织物进行整理。结果表明,在优化的抗黄变整理工艺条件下,STABILON CT适合染色同浴工艺,NOAHFAST AY适合二浴法工艺,而DM 2905适合后定形工艺。经测试,织物的耐黄变性达到4级,可满足锦纶弹力织物抗贮存黄变整理的要求。
Aiming at the yellowing phenomenon in the storage of brightened and light shade polyamide stretch due to antioxidants 2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol ( referred to as BHT) existed in polyethylene film packaging materials, anti-yellowing finish of polyamide stretch is carried out with anti-phenol yellowing additives of STABILON CT, NOAHFAST AY, DM 2905 and other agents with different processes. The testing results show that STABILON CT is suitable for one bath dyeing process, NOAHFAST AY is suitable for two-bath process, DM 2905 is suitable for post-setting process, and the finished fabric has 4-level phenolic yellowing and can meet the requirement for anti-storage yellowing finish of polyamide stretch.
