涤纶纬编弹性织物的生产要比一般的天然纤维类织物具有更高的难度。涤纶纬编弹性织物通常使用40 D莱卡 R弹性纤维。莱卡 R的耐高温性保证了弹性织物经高温高压染色及处理后仍能保持良好的弹性及回复性 。
The manufacture of elastic PET weft knitted fabric which generally uses 40D Lycra R elastic fiber is more difficult than that of natural fiber fabric. Thanks to its high temperature resistance, the elastic fabric can still maintain excellent elasticity and recoverability even after high temperature pressure dyeing and treating. Meanwhile,the properties of acid and alkali resistance, and chlorine resistance of Lycra R can ensure good color fastness of the fabric.
