摘要 本文描述了一种应用α射线测量核孔膜孔隙率的方法,使用经准直的单能α射线垂直照射核孔膜,在膜的另一侧测量透过膜的α射线能谱,通过分析测得的α射线能谱可得到该核孔膜的孔隙率。实验采用该方法测量了30张核孔膜的孔隙率,同时采用通常使用的显微分析法进行了测量,并对两种方法的测量结果进行了分析和比较。结果表明,采用该方法测量得到的孔隙率与采用显微分析法的测量结果在测量误差范围内符合很好,验证了该方法的可行性。 A method of measuring the porosity of the nuclear membrane was described. The nuclear membrane was irradiated vertically by the collimated monoenergetic alpha rays, and the energy spectra were obtained on the other side. The porosity values were got through the analysis of the alpha spectra. The porosities of 30 sets of nuclear mem- branes were measured with both alpha spectroscopy and microscope analysis technique, and the results were analyzed and compared. The results from the two different methods agree with each other very well within the measurement error, and it means the alpha spectroscopy method is feasible.
