北部湾经济区经济增长的财政支持研究

Research on economic growth supported by financial expenditure in North Bay Economic Zone

本文利用北部湾经济区"4+2"城市和地区的人均一般预算支出与人均生产总值的相关数据,实证研究了北部湾经济区财政支出与经济增长之间的关系。研究表明,财政支出与经济增长二者之间存在协整关系,财政支出是经济增长的推动因素,财政支出促进经济增长,但对经济增长的作用相对较小。由于北部湾经济区现存问题依然较多,因而需要通过各种途径来弥补财政收支缺口;谨防财政收支缺口引起的财政风险,加强研究财政收支缺口的力度;进一步优化财政支出结构;将财政支持更多地转向提高科技创新能力。

This paper empirical studies the relationship between financial expenditure and economic growth of North Bay Economic Zone using the data of North Bay Economic Zone ＂4 ＋2＂ Local Financial Expenditure per capita and per capita GDP. Studies have shown that there is co-integration relationship between financial expen- diture and economic growth, financial expenditure Granger causes and promotes economic growth, but the effect is relatively small Because there are many problems in North Bay economic zone, it needs to make up for the ex- penditure gap according to a variety of ways; guard against financial risks arising from financial gap; strengthen to research the sustainability of financial gap; further optimize the structure of financial expenditure; shift more fi- nancial support to improve scientific and technological innovation.
