速生杉木染料溶液渗透性的初步研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究常规条件下速生杉木深度染色工艺参数 :染料溶液渗透方向、试件含水率、染料浓度、渗透剂加入量、染液处理时间对杉木染液渗透性的影响。通过系列单因素试验和方差分析 ,结果表明 :染料溶液渗透方向、试件含水率、染料浓度对渗透性影响较大 ,渗透剂加入量。 Under conventional conditions the inner dyeing parameters for fast growing Chinese Fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata), such as permeable direction of dyestuff solution, moisture content of specimens, dyestuff solution consistence, permeable agent amount, steeping time, and solution permeability were studied. Each factor's influence on permeability was analyzed through a series of single factor experiments and variance analysis. The results showed that the solution permeable direction,[WT5,5”BZ] specimen's moisture content and dyestuff solution content and dyestuff solution consistence had more effect on permeability, but soaking time and permeate agent amount had less effect.
