摘要
目的了解婴幼儿的智力发育情况及影响因素,为采取早期干预措施提供依据。方法对315例3个月至3岁的小儿进行智力测评,并作病例对照研究,用logistic回归分析影响因素。结果影响婴幼儿智力发育的主要危险因素是:低出生体重、早产、母亲文化程度低、父亲或母亲职业为工人和农民等。结论预防早产和低出生体重、父母从事相对稳定的职业以及正确的早期教育,均有益于小儿智力发育。
Objective To study the mental development of children and influencing factors for early intervention. Methods Totally 315 children aged 3 months to 3 years were assessed with intelligence testing by case-control study. And influencing factors were analyzed by logistic regression model. Results The main risk factors of the mental development were low birth weight,premature delivery, maternal low education level and the parents occupation （workers or farmers）. Conclusion Preventingpremature delivery and low birth weight, stable occupation for parents and early scientific education are conducive to the intelligenctdren.
