摘要
介绍了一种测定药物释放动力学参数的方法 ,并测定了洗必泰 (Hibitane)和磺胺嘧啶银SD -Ag)的渗透系数P、扩散系数D和膜 -液分配系数K ,为研究药物在丝素膜中的释放动力学规律打下了基础。
A method was introduced to measure and determine drug release dynamics parameters form fibroim membrane (FM). Permeating coefficient P, diffusion coefficient D and distribution coefficient K (between FM and solution) of Hibitane and SD Ag were separately measured and determined, which laid a good foundation for the research on release dynamics of drugs in FM.
