牛津学习中心作为牛津大学教师发展机构,承担着支持和促进教职员的专业发展、教育发展、生涯发展以及个人发展的使命和任务,中心开展的递进式的教学能力培训课程、分层式的管理和领导力项目以及特色化的妇女发展项目等实践活动丰富多彩并富有特色。中心多元化的角色定位和卓有成效的运作策略带给我们的是富有意义的经验与启示。
As the agency for teachers development of Oxford University, Oxford Learning Institute (OLI) undertakes the mission and tasks to support and promote staff in their professional development, educational development, career development and personal development. The programs of OLI, such as progressive teach- ing capability courses, multi-level management and leadership programs, and in particular woman development events, are really various and distinctive. The diverse roles and effective operational strategies of the institute will bring us meaningful experience and implications.
