As the agency for teachers development of Oxford University, Oxford Learning Institute （OLI） undertakes the mission and tasks to support and promote staff in their professional development, educational development, career development and personal development. The programs of OLI, such as progressive teach- ing capability courses, multi-level management and leadership programs, and in particular woman development events, are really various and distinctive. The diverse roles and effective operational strategies of the institute will bring us meaningful experience and implications.
