在今后一段时期内,能源问题将是制约我国经济发展和人民生活水平提高的障碍。改变现有能源生产和消费方式,是缓解能源危机和实现清洁生产的重要途径。党的十八大报告对我国能源生产和消费提出了新的要求,这是我国今后能源生产和消费革命的基本方向,也是完善甘肃省能源生产和消费体系的指针。通过市场机制与政府调节相结合的方式,促进分布式能源优先发展,对于推动甘肃省发展循环经济、加强节能降耗具有重大意义。

Energy problem is to restrict economic development and the improvement of people＇s living standard barriers in the coming period.It is the way to change the current energy production and consumptive pattern,to alleviate the energy crisis and the important way to realize clean production.The political report of 18th National Congress of the CPC has made new demands about energy,which is China＇s future energy production and consumption revolution basic direction,but also improve the Gansu Province the sources of energy production and consumption system of pointer.Through the market mechanism and government regulation combined mode,promote the development of distributed energy priority,to promote the development of circular economy in Gansu Province,strengthen energy conservation is very important.
