兵团人口发展及适度人口研究

Study of Population Development and Moderate Population of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps

该文从人口增长变动、人口结构变动方面,对兵团人口发展状况进行分析,认为兵团人口增长缓慢,人口性别比偏高。采用朱宝树先生基于可持续发展理论提出的P-R-E模型,对兵团适度人口进行研究,提出兵团应以适度人口为目标,大力发展经济,提高经济对人口的承载水平;走"资源节约型,环境友好型"的发展道路,节约资源,提高资源的利用效率;大力开发人力资源,提高人口受教育水平。

Analyzing from the changes of population growth and population structure of the Xinjiang Pro- duction and Construction Corps （XPCC）, this paper shows that the population grows slow and the sex ration is high. Applying the P-R-E model proposed by Mr. Zhu Baoshu based on the theory of sustainable development to research the moderate population, this paper argues that in XPCC emphasis should be put on booming the economy and raising the population supporting capacity of economy to sustain moderate population, the ＂resource--saving, environment-friendly＂ developing mode should be adopted to save re- sources and improve the utilization rate of resources. The human resources should be fully developed and the educational level be raised.
